Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, and highly driven Full Stack Developer to help build internal technology platforms across CRM, construction workflows, and automation systems.
This role involves developing:
- An in-house CRM platform and mobile applications
- Construction-tech tools for project monitoring and workflows
- Quantity takeoff and estimation systems
- Internal dashboards and automation tools
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development workflows and capable of building products rapidly with high ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal web and mobile applications.
- Build CRM systems for lead tracking, sales workflows, customer management, and reporting.
- Develop construction-tech tools for monitoring, workflow management, and operational efficiency.
- Build quantity takeoff and estimation-related modules and systems.
- Design and manage backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate closely with management and internal teams to understand operational requirements and convert them into scalable software solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.
- Continuously improve platform usability, performance, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in full stack development or an exceptional fresher with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of modern web development frameworks and databases.
- Experience with frontend and backend development.
- Familiarity with mobile app development workflows.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving ability and builder mindset.
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
- Strong academic background and learning ability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- React / Next.js
- Flutter or ReactNative
- Node.js
- Firebase / Supabase
- API integrations
- Automation workflows and internal tooling
Location: Bengaluru
Compensation: 8 to 15 LPA, based on capability and experience
