Build Tech That Matters: Full-Stack Engineer (Remote 🇮🇳) 🌟
Are you a developer who wants their code to do more than just sit in a repo? We’re looking for a high-caliber Full-Stack Software Engineer to take technical ownership of the mobile and web ecosystem for our social projects, building tools that drive real social impact across India.
This is a remote, full-time paid position for someone who loves the speed of low-code but has the "pro-code" chops to scale it.
💻 The Stack:
- Frontend: FlutterFlow (Custom widgets & state management)
- Backend: Supabase Edge Functions (TypeScript)
- Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, RLS, Schema design)
🛠The Role:
- Senior Developer: Bridge the gap between FlutterFlow UI and a robust, scalable backend.
- Architect Systems: Design robust foundation in collaboration with tech architect
- Optimize for Impact: Ensure high performance in low-bandwidth rural environments.
- True Ownership: Self starter, self organiser. We have a low follow-up culture and no dedicated program manager per project.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–3 years
- Proficiency: Proven track record building systems with some scale
- Mindset: A problem-solver who cares about localization, accessibility, and high code quality.
