meal solutions, smart kiosks, and tech-enabled food systems. We aim to redefine how people access daily nutrition through automation, data, and scalable infrastructure.
We are currently in the
0→1 stage, building core tech that will power operations, customer experience, and future scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
high-ownership Full Stack App Developer who can build and scale our
end-to-end tech ecosystem — from customer-facing apps to backend systems powering kitchens, subscriptions, and kiosks.
This is not a “task-based” role — this is a
builder role where you will shape the entire tech foundation of Kefilo.
Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development - Build and manage mobile/web applications for:
- Meal subscriptions
- Order management
- Customer dashboards
- Develop admin panels for operations, analytics, and control
- Backend & System Architecture
- Design scalable backend systems for:
- Orders & subscriptions
- Payment integration
- User data & personalization
- Build APIs for internal tools and future integrations
- Operations Tech
- Create systems for:
- Kitchen workflow automation
- Stall/kiosk order management
- Delivery tracking
- Integrate real-time data flow across operations
- AI & Automation (Preferred)
- Implement smart features like:
- Demand prediction
- Meal recommendations
- Workflow automation
- Tech Ownership
- Take complete ownership of tech roadmap
- Work closely with founders on:
- GTM tech needs
- Product iterations
- Scaling strategy
Requirements - 1–5 years experience in full stack development
- Strong in:
- Frontend: React / Next.js / Flutter (any)
- Backend: Node.js / Django / Firebase
- Experience with:
- APIs, databases, cloud deployment
- Payment gateways & authentication
- Ability to build fast, iterate faster
- Startup mindset: speed > perfection
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with food-tech / logistics / SaaS products
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation workflows
- Experience building 0→1 products
