We are a fast-moving AI startup building next-generation AI products and intelligent automation tools. We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer who enjoys solving real problems, building products from scratch, and working in a high-ownership startup environment.
This role is ideal for someone who likes to move fast, experiment, and turn ideas into real-world products used by customers.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship full-stack AI-powered applications from concept to production
- Design scalable backend systems, APIs and cloud infrastructure
- Work with modern AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents
- Develop responsive frontend dashboards and user experiences
- Build secure, multi-tenant systems on AWS
- Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction and architecture
- Prototype quickly, test ideas, and improve products based on real user feedback

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js
- Good frontend development skills using React, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS
- Experience building REST APIs and WebSocket-based applications
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database design
- Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway and RDS
AI Experience
- Experience building applications using LLMs and AI workflows
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering
- Understanding of API optimization, context management and scalable AI architecture
Mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast execution cycles
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Able to work independently and take ideas from zero to production
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Experience with Redis, Celery, or background task workers
- Familiarity with conversational AI or WhatsApp Business API integrations
