ForceEquals is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build AI-powered products using Next.js, LLMs, and AI agent workflows. You’ll work across the full stack, developing features that integrate modern AI systems with scalable web applications.
What You’ll Work On
- Build full-stack features using Next.js (frontend + API routes)
- Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and vector search systems
- Develop AI agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Implement RAG pipelines (ingestion → embeddings → retrieval → generation)
- Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queries
- Build secure APIs and deploy applications on Vercel or cloud infrastructure
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and Next.js or React
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI or similar APIs)
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems
- Experience building scalable APIs and full-stack applications
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents or RAG systems
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Experience with Redis, Docker, or cloud infrastructure
