Role Overview
We are building Agentic AI products — systems that can reason, plan, and act across tools and workflows. We are looking for engineers who can build and ship these systems end-to-end — spanning frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and deployment. This role involves working on real-world AI applications in production, not just prototypes.
CTC Band
12-30 LPA (incl Stock Options)
What You’ll Work On
1. Designing and building agentic AI systems: Multi-agent workflows, Tool calling pipelines, Autonomous and human-in-the-loop systems
2. Developing full stack applications: Frontend (dashboards, chat interfaces), Backend (APIs, orchestration, asynchronous systems)
3. Building AI pipelines, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Context and memory systems, Prompt and reasoning workflows
4. Owning end-to-end deployment: CI/CD pipelines, Cloud or VPS deployments, Monitoring and logging
5. Integrating with real-world systems - APIs, WhatsApp, Slack, CRM tools
Core Responsibilities
1. AI Engineering
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI API and Anthropic Claude
- Use frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph (or similar)
- Implement prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi-agent coordination
- Build memory and context-aware systems
2. Full Stack Development
- Backend: Node.js / NestJS / FastAPI / Springboot
- Frontend: React / Next.js
- API design, asynchronous processing, and database management
3. DevOps and Deployment
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Docker, Coolify, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Vercel)
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and monitoring
4. AI-Assisted Development
- Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Antigravity
- Leverage these tools to accelerate development, debugging, and delivery
Good to Have
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming)
- Experience deploying and scaling AI systems
- Prior work on AI agents, chatbots, or automation tools
Who You Are
- Strong builder mindset with a focus on shipping
- Comfortable working across AI, backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Actively exploring and experimenting with modern AI tools
Eligibility
- 2026 / 2025 graduates (final year or recent graduates)
- Experienced engineers from earlier batches are also welcome
- Strong project experience is valued over formal credentials
Final Note
We are not looking for traditional developers. We are looking for engineers who can build and ship autonomous AI systems end-to-end. Candidates who have built real-world AI applications (agents, copilots, automation tools) are strongly encouraged to share their work.
