The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who can build across the entire stack from LLM pipelines and agentic workflows to production-grade web interfaces. This is a backup engineering role but a critical one. You will step into real workstreams, own deliverables independently, and work closely with the core team on live products. The problems here are real, the clients are real, and the expectation is that you hit the ground running.
What You Will Do
• Build and maintain full stack features across our AI-powered product suite using modern web frameworks and Python backends
• Design and implement LLM-powered agentic workflows finance agents, data extraction pipelines, synthetic data generation, and more
• Work with vector databases and RAG pipelines to enable semantic search and intelligent retrieval over large financial and ESG datasets
• Integrate and manage multiple LLM providers and contribute to making our systems model-agnostic and configurable
• Handle cloud infrastructure instance provisioning, deployment pipelines, and working within proper security configurations
• Contribute to our vertical LLM initiative and understand finetuning pipelines, training workflows, and evaluation frameworks
• Maintain clean, modular codebases and uphold engineering standards across a rapidly evolving product surface
• Work directly with the founding team on client-facing products where quality and reliability matter Tech Stack You should be solid in Python, FastAPI, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. You should have hands-on experience working with LLM APIs, building agentic workflows, vector databases, and RAG pipelines. Familiarity with AWS particularly EC2, IAM, and S3 is expected. Experience with HuggingFace, DPO or RLHF training, Docker, or the ESG and finance domain is a bonus but not required.
Who You Are
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building production software, not just prototypes or side projects • Comfortable across the full stack and do not have strong opinions about staying on one side of it
• You have worked with LLMs in production and understand prompt engineering, context window management, tool calling, and the failure modes that come with it
• You take ownership of what you build and will not wait to be told something is broken
• You can work independently, communicate blockers early, and context-switch without losing quality
• Curious about how things work under the hood whether that is a model architecture, a database index, or a cloud security configuration
• Comfortable with ambiguity requirements evolve, priorities shift, and you adapt without friction
