About the Role
We are looking for a Full Funnel Growth Manager with strong B2C growth marketing experience to manage and optimise the complete customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving measurable business growth across paid media, SEO, organic social, landing pages, email marketing, and conversion optimisation. You will work across multiple channels and ensure all marketing activities align with funnel performance and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Funnel Strategy & Growth
- Design and optimise full-funnel B2C customer journeys
- Identify funnel gaps and improve conversion opportunities
- Define channel strategy across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Set up funnel tracking, attribution, and KPI measurement systems
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Scale winning campaigns through structured optimisation
Landing Pages & CRO
- Oversee landing page strategy and conversion rate optimisation
- Run A/B tests and structured performance experiments
- Ensure consistency between ad messaging and landing page experience
SEO, Social & Email Marketing
- Coordinate SEO, content, and organic growth initiatives
- Manage email automation, nurture flows, and retention campaigns
- Align social media and content strategies with funnel goals
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention
- Build performance reports and dashboards using analytics tools
- Make data-driven optimisation decisions across campaigns and funnels
Skills Required
- Strong experience in full funnel B2C growth marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and landing page strategy
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and customer journey mapping
- Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional marketing execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency or multi-client environments
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Experience with CRO tools such as Hotjar or VWO
- Understanding of retention and loyalty strategies
