Full Cycle Account Executive - India Market
Summary :
Fact Base is a hyper-growth SaaS startup on a mission to "Empower the Manufacturing World." Following our massive success in Japan and SE Asia, we are expanding into India to digitize the SME manufacturers with our platform, ZUMEN.

The Role & Responsibilities :
You will lead our India market as a sales role.
- Office-based Prospecting: High-intensity lead generation and strategic appointment setting.
- Field Sales: Driving across industrial regions to visit factories, analyzing shop-floor workflows, and demonstrating "ZUMEN" in person.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: From the first cold call to the final contract signature and Customer Success (CS)
Requirements :
- Language English and other local languages used in India.
- Sales Grit: Proven experience in direct field sales or B2B solution sales.
- Hands-on Mindset: Being able to enjoy being on the production floor and engaging with factory owners and engineers.
- Driver’s License: Valid in India (Essential for field visits)
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Multiplier: We reward top performers—achieving 200% of your KPI results in a 2x commission payout.
- Contract: Initial contract will be under the EOR (Deel: Probation Period is 90 days)
- Location: Office-based (Gurugram area) + Frequent Field Travel.
