The Code Commander!

Calling all tech wizards who thrive on solving complex problems and mentoring others!

As our Tech Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling our technology stack while leading a team of passionate developers toward success. You will be the driving force behind technical excellence, ensuring that our products and systems are robust, efficient, and future proof.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Guide and inspire a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure systems that align with business goals.
  • Ensure Code Quality: Promote best coding practices, enforce code reviews, and eliminate spaghetti code at all costs!
  • Drive Technical Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, advocate for best practices, and drive modernization efforts.
  • Tech Decision-Making: Own technical decisions, ensuring we use the right tools and frameworks to accelerate growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications and systems run efficiently, with a focus on speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Experience And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong background in software engineering.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Next.JS/Node.JS C Sharp .Net C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar).
  • A deep understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed architectures.
  • Leadership & mentorship experience, with a passion for helping engineers grow and succeed.
  • A love for clean, maintainable code & best software engineering practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear, actionable insights.
