Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manhattan Labor Management (LM) Consultant to join our team in India. This role requires hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates' Labor Management (LM) module, preferably as part of Manhattan WMOS implementations. You will work closely with global clients to configure, enhance, and support labor management functionalities to drive warehouse efficiency and workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Manhattan Labor Management (LM) features and functionalities, including Engine Configuration, Standards Setting, and workflow tuning.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define labor standards and operational KPIs.
- Support performance monitoring and conduct operational analysis using LM dashboards and reports.
- Integrate LM with WMOS and third-party systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and system performance.
- Create functional and technical design documents, test cases, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for issue resolution and enhancement development.
- Participate in Go-Live support, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization efforts.
Experience And Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with Manhattan Associates' Labor Management (LM) solution.
- At least one full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience with Manhattan WMOS and LM modules.
- Strong understanding of labor standards (Measured, Engineered, Reasonable Expectation).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and productivity metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model (onshore-offshore).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Manhattan WMOS 2017+ versions.
- Experience with MA Labor Management reporting and analytics.
- Understanding of distribution center operations and Six Sigma principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
