Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving operational excellence. Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create clear documentation including user stories, workflows, wireframes, and data models.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Support project management activities including planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor and report project status to relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid chart, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
