Tech Apprentice Trainee – HRSS Travel Desk

Whether you're from a technical background or just graduated in 2021–2025, this Tech Apprentice Trainee role is designed to offer foundational exposure and learning in a professional environment. As a Tech Apprentice Trainee, you'll contribute to a wide range of travel and HR support functions: Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for employees. Assist with visa processing, insurance, and travel documentation. Maintain and update travel records and reports. Interact with travel vendors and internal teams to streamline booking processes. Answer queries about travel policies and ensure policy compliance. Contribute to travel expense and performance reports. Support general HR administrative tasks when required.
