To join our team, we are looking for an apprentice who is motivated and excited. Learning and developing practical skills, attending workshops and classes both on and off-site, adhering to all health and safety regulations, finishing assignments and tests, and making presentations to staff and other stakeholders are all part of the apprentice's duties. You should be adaptable, well-organized, and eager to help out wherever you can. Under the guidance of more seasoned colleagues, apprentices learn specialized skills. Depending on their field, they have varying duties, but they are usually compensated for their classroom education and supervised training. Additionally, apprentices might be expected to finish written assignments and update records. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases. Help with onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes. Coordinate with internal teams and respond to employee queries. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
