Job Summary

Fujifilm is seeking an experienced and versatile Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role is pivotal in assessing, improving, and expanding the capabilities of our deployed D365 platforms to support our continued growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive key initiatives across finance, logistics, CRM, and cross-system integration, while also playing a key role in future developments and automation.

The consultant will collaborate closely with the Finance, Logistics, Sales, and IT teams, as well as with external vendors, to ensure both systems (F&O & CE) are aligned with business goals and deliver maximum value across departments.

Responsibilities

  • System Assessment & Improvement: Evaluate current D365 F&O system functionalities in finance and logistics, identify major gaps, and develop improvement strategies aligned with Fujifilm’s business processes.
  • Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize workflows in logistics and finance, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and drive process improvements. Provide expert guidance to end-users on best practices, process improvement, and efficient use of the F&O system.
  • Solution Design & Customization: Work with internal teams and external vendors to design, customize, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for improvements, including scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within defined timelines. Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage system improvements, including overseeing quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on new processes, functionalities, and system best practices to build in-house knowledge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system enhancements, customizations, and best practices; generate reports to track project progress and measure system effectiveness.
  • Facilitate integration between D365 F&O and other systems such as CRM and Payroll to streamline data consistency and accessibility.
  • Drive several critical projects for Demand Forecasting, Backorder Management, Reports, Advanced Power BI Dashboards.
  • Assist in mapping and improving data flows between CE and F&O for quoting, pricing, inventory, and customer information.
  • Assist in Partner Portal Development for transitioning enquiries through CRM
  • Assist with Further Enhancements in CRM
  • Drive the Data Cleansing and Data Integrity Projects.
  • Develop and drive the CPQ Projects for further expansions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, or similar tools are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within a B2B environment, particularly focused on logistics, finance, demand planning, and backorder management.
  • Proven experience in business process design, system configuration, and implementing D365 F&O solutions tailored to a B2B model.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for advanced dashboard and report automation, with knowledge of Dataverse as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design efficient workflows, and optimize D365 F&O functionalities for seamless process improvements.
  • Project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate between technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and custom workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate & other expertise is an add on.
