<li>Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM</li>

<strong>About the Role</strong>We are <strong>expanding and opening another location</strong>, and we are looking for a <strong>Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)</strong> who is more than just an employee — we are looking for someone who truly wants to <strong>lead, inspire, and take ownership</strong> of the pharmacy.<br><br>
</div><div>We want someone <strong>active, energetic, and engaged with the team</strong> — the type of leader who walks the floor every morning, checks in with staff, keeps morale high… and yes, maybe even leads <strong>10 jumping jacks at 9 AM to wake everyone up (optional… but encouraged ).<br></strong><br>

<strong>Our goal — with your help — is to build a pharmacy where patients feel cared for, operations run smoothly, and the team actually enjoys coming to work.<br></strong><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities (Operational & Leadership):<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Oversee <strong>day-to-day pharmacy operations</strong> and workflow efficiency</li>
<li>Ensure accurate dispensing, verification, and patient counseling</li>
<li>Lead and <strong>motivate pharmacy technicians and staff</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, productive, and professional work environment</li>
<li>Monitor prescription volume, staffing needs, and workflow improvements</li>
<li>Handle patient issues, escalations, and service recovery</li>
<li>Support growth initiatives as we expand to new locations</li>
<li>Maintain inventory oversight and controlled substance accountability</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Legal & Compliance Responsibilities (PIC Duties):<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Serve as the <strong>Pharmacist-in-Charge as defined by California Board of Pharmacy regulations</strong>
</li>
<li>Ensure pharmacy operations are compliant with <strong>state and federal pharmacy laws</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain proper <strong>recordkeeping, licensing, and regulatory documentation</strong>
</li>
<li>Oversee <strong>controlled substance policies, security, and audits</strong>
</li>
<li>Ensure proper <strong>staff supervision and technician ratio compliance</strong>
</li>
<li>Implement and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs</li>
<li>Be accountable for compliance during inspections or audits</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active <strong>California Pharmacist License (Required)</strong>
</li>
<li>Prior experience as PIC or strong leadership experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong operational mindset and ability to manage workflow</li>
<li>High energy, proactive leadership style</li>
<li>Excellent communication and team-building skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced independent pharmacy setting</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Compensation & Benefits<br></strong><br>

<li>$68 – $72 per hour (based on experience)</li>
