Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled FTTH Technician for a full-time, on-site position located in Ernakulam. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) systems. The FTTH Technician will be responsible for telecommunications cabling, network setup, and telephony configurations to ensure seamless service delivery. Additional tasks will include diagnosing and resolving network or system-related issues while adhering to industry best practices and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in telecommunications systems.
• Experience with telecommunications networks, including telephony and FTTH technologies.
• Expertise in installation and management of cabling systems in compliance with industry standards.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, fiber optics, and connectivity principles.
• Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam and handle tools and equipment required for FTTH-related tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Relevant certifications in telecommunications or network systems are a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right skills and attitude.
