About the role
The Corporate Finance & Restructuring Advisor will play a key role in helping FTI's clients address complex situations, including turnarounds, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and operational analyses, developing strategic recommendations, and working closely with clients and other stakeholders to implement solutions. Additionally, the Advisor will contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice, including practice development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
