Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying and documenting processes, and recommending solutions to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications - Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions - Perform testing and validation of new solutions - Provide training and support to end-users Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field - 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
