Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ambala for an FTC position at Bajaj Finserv. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks such as customer engagement, ensuring adherence to financial processes, driving business goals, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting various initiatives aligned with the company’s financial services standards. The candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and achieving operational targets set by Bajaj Finserv.
Qualifications
- Financial domain knowledge and skills in lending, insurance, and wealth advisory solutions
- Strong customer engagement abilities and a solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills
- Technical proficiency with relevant banking or NBFC software tools
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or any field
- Prior experience in financial services will be an added advantage
