IT Data Analyst

Position Summary We are looking for a data-driven problem solver to join our IT team as an IT Data Analyst. In this role, you'll work on a variety of exciting projects that turn raw data into actionable insights. You'll support data integrity, generate performance reports, and collaborate across departments to help drive data-informed decisions. What You'll Do - Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Automate reporting processes to support IT and business operations - Analyze trends and create data visualizations that drive strategic decisions - Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams - Support data governance, quality, and accuracy initiatives - Assist with building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems Data Analyst responsibilities include: - Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques - Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases What We're Looking For - 1–3+ years of experience in a data analyst, IT analyst, or similar role - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) - Basic scripting knowledge (Python or R is a plus) - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail - Clear communicator with ability to explain technical data to non-technical users - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience Why Join Fstone Technologies? - Rapid career growth and professional development - Remote-friendly and flexible work environment - Exposure to real-world data projects with cutting-edge tools - Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on innovation - Competitive compensation, PTO, and benefits
