Role Description This is a full-time, on-site FSR (Field Service Representative) role based in Delhi and Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh in India. The FSR will be responsible for acting as the primary on-ground liaison between Threye Interactive and its clients, ensuring smooth deployment, operation and support of AR/VR training and simulation solutions. Daily tasks include visiting client sites, coordinating installations and updates, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering user feedback to improve functionality and user experience. The FSR will troubleshoot issues, document incidents, and collaborate with internal development and design teams to ensure timely resolutions. The role also involves training client personnel, preparing clear reports, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in field service, technical support, or account management, preferably in software, gaming, or AR/VR environments.
- Basic understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on common platforms (PC, VR headsets).
- Ability to collect, structure, and relay user feedback and operational issues to internal teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Solid organizational skills, including time management, site visit planning, and documentation of activities and incidents.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in games, simulations, or immersive technologies (AR/VR), with a willingness to learn product-specific workflows and tools.
