Role Description
Experience - 6+ years
We are seeking a skilled FSL Salesforce - Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site role at our Jaipur office. In this role, you will lead Salesforce projects and teams, design and implement technical solutions for Field Service Lightning (FSL), and oversee system integrations and data migrations. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements, provide technical leadership, and ensure scalable, high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, Salesforce development, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) configurations
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
- Experience with system integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration
- Ability to lead development teams, manage project timelines, and mentor team members
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or Field Service Lightning certification, are highly desirable
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
