<strong>About the Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Frozen Ropes is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional to help support and grow our expanding network of licensed locations across the country.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Operations and organization </li>
<li> Communication and relationship management </li>
<li> Marketing and project coordination </li>
<li> Supporting business growth behind the scenes </li>
</ul><div>You’ll work directly with company leadership and licensed partners to help keep projects moving, improve communication, and support the continued growth of the Frozen Ropes brand.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Support onboarding and ongoing success of licensed locations </li>
<li> Communicate regularly with partners and operators nationwide </li>
<li> Coordinate projects, timelines, and operational initiatives </li>
<li> Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing support </li>
<li> Track reporting, organize data, and manage CRM systems </li>
<li> Help leadership stay organized and execution-focused across multiple initiatives </li>
<li> Support growth and expansion efforts as new locations are added </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Strong organizational and administrative skills </li>
<li> Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once </li>
<li> Experience with: <ul>
<li> Excel </li>
<li> CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) </li>
<li> Google Docs / Google Workspace </li>
<li> Project management tools </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Strong verbal and written communication skills </li>
<li> Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable </li>
<li> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment </li>

<li> Sales, marketing, or business development </li>
<li> Multi-location businesses, franchising, or operations support </li>
<li> Social media or website management </li>

<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>

<li> Full-time (Monday–Friday) </li>
<li> Some evenings/weekends for events </li>
<li> Occasional travel for partner support and expansion initiatives </li>
