<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Frozen Ropes is seeking a <strong>License Support Director</strong> to support the growth and success of our licensed locations nationwide.<br><br>
</div><div>This role blends <strong>administrative leadership, partner support, and operational coordination</strong> to help our locations run efficiently while supporting continued expansion. You will work closely with leadership and licensed partners to ensure strong communication, organization, and execution across the network.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li> Support onboarding and ongoing success of licensed locations </li>
<li> Maintain regular communication with partners and operators </li>
<li> Assist with administrative coordination across locations and initiatives </li>
<li> Provide support with website updates, social media, and marketing efforts </li>
<li> Track performance, organize data, and manage reporting using Excel and CRM tools </li>
<li> Help coordinate projects, timelines, and internal initiatives </li>
<li> Support business development efforts and partner outreach as needed </li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li> Strong <strong>administrative and organizational skills</strong>
</li>
<li> Experience with <strong>Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), and project management tools</strong>
</li>
<li> Proficiency in <strong>Google Docs and digital collaboration tools</strong>
</li>
<li> Ability to assist with <strong>website updates and social media support</strong>
</li>
<li> Strong <strong>verbal and written communication skills</strong>
</li>
<li> Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities </li>
</ul><div><strong>Bonus:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Experience in <strong>sales, marketing, or business development</strong>

<li> Background in multi-location businesses, franchising, or operations support </li>
</ul><div><strong>Schedule</strong></div><ul>
<li> Full-time (Monday–Friday) </li>
<li> Some evenings and weekends required for events </li>
<li> Occasional travel for partner support and expansion </li>
