As an Operation Executive, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

Assist Retail Operations: Support the manager in overseeing daily activities and ensuring smooth operations of the retail outlet.

Goods Handling & Documentation: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods while maintaining accurate records and tracking all necessary documents.

Port Operations Management: Coordinate with agents for efficient port operations, ensuring timely clearance and smooth logistics.

Container Tracking & Security: Maintain strict control over container dispatch, tracking their movement, ensuring proper sealing, and monitoring till final delivery.

Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage transportation to ensure timely delivery of containers, preventing demurrage and detention charges.

Task Execution: Handle and complete daily assignments given by the manager promptly and efficiently.

Cold Room Management: Oversee cold room operations, ensuring proper maintenance, stock monitoring and adherence to company guidelines.

Conflict Free Operations: Ensure smooth management of cold room and port operations to prevent conflicts and maintain efficiency.

Knowledge and experience of International Business Development will be preferred

Job Location: Ghana, West Africa

Salary up to 1400 USD based on current salary and experience.

Food & Bachelors' Accomodation provided by client

Two years work permit with Visa and Ticket will be provided by company.
