Role Overview
As a Brand & Demand Generation Intern, you have to collaborate with the regional business head to build network of marketing, business and strategy leaders across industries. You have to educate clients about the service line and their meeting availability with our Service line expert and analyst.
You will support the team in executing outbound campaigns, conducting prospect research, managing CRM data, and amplifying Frost & Sullivan’s thought leadership across digital channels. This is a performance-driven role with clearly defined milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach & Engagement
- Execute a minimum of 50 email outreach activities per week (combination of new prospect emails and structured follow-ups)
- Conduct a minimum of 10 phone calls per week (new connects and follow-up calls) to qualify leads and nurture relationships
- Schedule and participate in at least 6 meetings per week: 4 new prospect meetings and 2 follow-up meetings
- Craft personalized, research-backed outreach messages aligned with prospect pain points and F&S value propositions. Service line will support you with the respective training, outreach content and would hand hold so at ensure that we together succeed in achieving desired outcomes.
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify and profile a minimum of 10 new qualified prospects per week using tools like LinkedIn internal databases, events participation and networking.
- Build targeted prospect lists segmented by industry vertical, company size, and seniority with intelligence which helps us identify and prioritize companies with intent.
- Map key decision-makers and buying influencers within target accounts
CRM Management & Reporting
- Update all prospect interactions, call outcomes, and meeting notes in the CRM on the same business day
- Maintain data hygiene: verify contact details, remove duplicates, and keep pipeline stages current
- Generate weekly activity reports and present the same during business review.
Social Media & Brand Amplification
- Publish and engage with at least 3 Frost and Sullivan LinkedIn posts or shares per week to amplify F&S thought leadership
- Monitor industry conversations, trending topics, and competitor activity on social channels
- Engage with target prospects organically through comments, shares, and direct messaging on LinkedIn
Market Intelligence
- Conduct secondary research on target industries, emerging trends, and competitor offerings to enrich outreach messaging
- Contribute insights to the team’s account intelligence repository on a weekly basis
Who We’re Looking For
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable with cold calling and client-facing conversations: Communication
- Ability to quickly synthesize information from multiple sources and identify relevant business opportunities: Research
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and basic CRM tools: Digital Literacy
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to meet weekly targets consistently: Drive
- Meticulous in CRM entries, reporting, and outreach personalization: Attention to Detail

Good to Have
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Exposure to B2B marketing concepts such as ABM, inbound/outbound funnels, or demand generation
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Dynamics, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and more.
