Role Description
Bajaj Life is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Frontline Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata. The role involves leading and managing a team of sales consultants, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, expanding customer bases through partnerships, providing training for the sales team, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. As a pivotal role in our organization, the Frontline Sales Manager will drive the growth and success of our insurance offerings while aligning with the company’s customer-first philosophy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Management and Client Relationship Building
- Strong Leadership, Team Development, and Training expertise
- Analytical thinking with experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and related products is a plus
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
