Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontline Sales Executive based in Panchkula. The primary responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers in the designated areas, promoting and selling the company’s range of electrical products, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, and supporting customers with post-sales service. Collaboration with the internal team to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction is also key.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including customer engagement, lead generation, and closing deals
- Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve customer queries
- Knowledge of electrical products such as switches, MCBs, LEDs, and related systems is highly desirable
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or hardware industry
- Willingness to travel and visit customers across the designated areas
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience in sales roles will be considered
