Frontend Web Development Intern (Paid)
We are hiring a frontend web development intern with 1+ year of hands-on experience to work on production-grade web applications. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, ownership of frontend modules, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality user interfaces.
Internship details
• Duration: 3 months
• Work mode: Fully remote
• Compensation: Paid internship (stipend-based)
• Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles after the internship
Experience required
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in frontend web development
• Experience working on real-world or production-level applications
Key responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Handle API integrations independently, including REST and GraphQL, ensuring efficient data flow and proper error handling
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit or React Context
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards
• Debug and resolve frontend issues in production environments
Mandatory skills
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Excellent understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven ability to handle API calls efficiently and manage asynchronous data flows
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit / Context API)
• Strong experience translating Figma designs into production-ready UI
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
Good to have
• Experience with Tailwind CSS (Material UI or Chakra UI is a plus)
• Familiarity with GraphQL clients such as Apollo or React Query
• Exposure to frontend testing frameworks
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
