About Crewsity
Crewsity is an early-stage startup building modern AI-powered products. We're looking for creative individuals who enjoy designing intuitive user experiences and building beautiful, responsive interfaces from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive UI prototypes.
- Design custom illustrations, icons, banners, and other visual assets.
- Improve user experience through usability testing and design iterations.
- Ensure consistency across the application's design system.
- Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.
- Experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).
- Ability to create attractive graphics and UI assets.
- Strong sense of typography, spacing, colors, and layouts.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX or frontend projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Git is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Framer Motion or animations.
- Experience with design systems.
- Understanding of accessibility best practices.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Mode: Remote
- Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM (IST)
- Compensation: Unpaid Internship
- Perk: Claude AI subscription provided during the internship.
