Job Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor & manage front end team members
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture for web applications - Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases.
- Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend & QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality
- Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
- Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Perform code reviews
- Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance
- Team management & motivation
Required
- Prior experience working on consumer-facing products
- 5+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using
- React
- Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code
- Expert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 & JS & can rightly judge/implement
- solutions to complex problems
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library
- You have hands on experience in cache management
- You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
- Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6 , JQuery
- Solid understanding of API Integration
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX,
- cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine
- Experience on debugging UI and web service calls.
- Good understanding of SASS, Grunt
- Experience working on website speed optimisation
- Deep understanding of browser internal working
- Good understanding of SEO principles
- Must have used GIT (Source version control)
- Good understanding of analytics tools such as google analytics, clevertap, etc
- Solid understanding of release management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results
Desired
- Experience working with Angular
- Familiarity with automated testing tools including Selenium, Jasmine, and Karma
- Experience integrating payment gateways
- Experience working on AWS
