About AIRA
AIRA is building a new way for teams to operate — where decisions, communication, and execution happen in one continuous flow.
We are not building dashboards.
We are building a thinking layer for companies.
This is an early-stage product, which means:
- Things change fast
- You will work directly with the founding team
- Your work will ship to real users quickly
What You’ll Work On
You’ll help build the frontend experience of AIRA — where clarity, speed, and usability matter more than visual fluff.
- Build responsive, high-performance UI using modern frameworks
- Translate product ideas into clean, usable interfaces
- Work closely with product + backend to ship features fast
- Improve UX through iteration, not overthinking
- Help shape early design systems and component libraries
Tech Stack (What You’ll Use)
- React (Next.js)
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- REST / APIs (Node.js backend)
- Git / GitHub
Bonus (not required, but great if you’ve explored):
- Basic understanding of state management
- Experience with any design tools (Figma)
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
This is more about mindset than experience.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Comfortable with React basics
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- You build things — even small ones
- You care about clean UI and user experience
- You don’t wait for perfect instructions
