About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with a minimum of four years of professional experience in building responsive, user-centric web applications. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and maintaining high-quality web interfaces that align with our innovative digital strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate design concepts into pixel-perfect UI components, optimize web performance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Frontend Developer will also support CMS-driven platforms, preferably Sitecore, and work within a fast-paced environment that values agility, creativity, and technical excellence. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX design principles to ensure intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience working with APIs, particularly RESTful services, for seamless backend integration.
- Familiarity with image editing and optimization tools such as Photoshop or similar software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment, including rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore, for managing web content.
- Basic understanding of Node.js to support full-stack development tasks.
- Proven problem-solving and debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience working in fast-paced, support-driven environments with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Translate detailed design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to understand and implement business and user requirements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, employing best practices and modern techniques.
- Work with APIs and integrate backend services into frontend applications to deliver seamless functionality.
- Perform image optimization and basic editing tasks to ensure visual quality and performance standards are met.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot issues related to performance and responsiveness.
- Support and maintain CMS-driven web applications, with a preference for experience in Sitecore, ensuring content is up-to-date and functional.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards and facilitate team collaboration.
