About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in developing responsive, user-centric web applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, translating design concepts into functional interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles is essential, alongside experience working with RESTful APIs and backend integration. Familiarity with image editing tools such as Photoshop for optimization purposes is preferred. Candidates should have experience supporting CMS-driven websites, particularly with platforms like Sitecore. Basic knowledge of Node.js and exposure to support environments or shift-based work are desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and excellent communication skills are critical for success in this role. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and a proactive attitude towards learning and adaptation are also important qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure optimal performance across devices and browsers.
• Translate visual and design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including designers and backend developers, to understand and implement business and user requirements effectively.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services via APIs, ensuring data consistency and security.
• Perform image optimization and basic editing tasks using tools like Photoshop to support visual content needs.
• Maintain and support CMS-driven web applications, with a preference for experience in Sitecore or similar platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to uphold high-quality standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
