About the Role
Joblet.ai is hiring a Frontend Engineer to craft fast, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for both enterprise HR leaders and modern job seekers. You will turn complex data workflows into clean, elegant experiences that make precision hiring feel effortless. Your work will be highly visible and utilized by thousands of users every day.
What You Will Do
- UI Development: Build and maintain responsive, highly performant UI components across the Joblet.ai web platform.
- Design Implementation: Collaborate closely with product designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces directly from Figma designs.
- Backend Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and real-time data streams.
- Quality & Performance: Take full ownership of the performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of your features.
- Design Systems: Actively contribute to and maintain the Joblet.ai design system and shared component library.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and cross-functional product discussions to drive the platform forward.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience building scalable web applications.
- Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- State Management: Hands-on experience with modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Performance & Integration: Familiarity with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and deep knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Mindset: An eye for design, a meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless user-first mindset.
