About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Frontend Engineer specializing in React to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user interface of our mission-critical ERP system. This is a serious engineering position that involves building complex, data-intensive applications that are integral to the daily operations of Babco Foods. Your work will directly impact core functions such as inventory management, logistics, and order processing, enabling the company to operate more efficiently and scale effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React. You should demonstrate expertise in designing scalable frontend architectures, with a deep understanding of performance optimization, state management, and system scalability. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and modern frameworks such as Redux or Zustand is essential. Experience with building business-critical systems like ERP, SaaS platforms, or internal enterprise tools is highly preferred. Familiarity with Firebase services, TypeScript, and data-heavy UI components such as tables and workflows will be considered strong pluses. Candidates must be able to work independently, take ownership of their projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include designing, developing, and owning significant parts of the ERP frontend built with React. You will be tasked with creating scalable component and state management architectures that support complex data interactions and real-time updates. Collaborating closely with our frontend designer, you will ensure visual and functional coherence across projects ready for deployment. You will work directly with backend engineers to define API specifications, data flow, and integration points to ensure seamless operation of the system. Additionally, you will focus on improving the performance, usability, and reliability of operational interfaces to support the company's core functions effectively.
