About The Role
Futuresafe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in partnership with US-based SiteRecon Inc., is seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, data-driven web platforms that are pivotal to our product offerings. As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that serve a diverse client base across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development with a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and a desire to grow into a leadership role within the GIS and property intelligence space. Prior experience in GIS is not mandatory; however, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is essential.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, demonstrating proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. A strong understanding of React.js, including Redux or Flux, React Hooks, and related tools such as Immutable.js, is essential. Candidates should have excellent skills in translating visual designs into pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI components, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across various browsers and devices. Experience with integrating REST APIs, building responsive UIs using frameworks like Bootstrap, Ant Design, or Material UI, and familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SCSS are required. Additionally, candidates should have a solid grasp of frontend performance optimization techniques and be capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications that meet the company's quality standards. Key responsibilities include building scalable and robust applications using ReactJS, OpenLayers, and other modern frontend libraries. You will translate visual designs into pixel-perfect UI components, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and browsers. Optimizing application performance to reduce load times and enhance responsiveness is a core part of your role. You will own the entire development lifecycle—from planning and implementation to deployment—while contributing to system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and application security. Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code is vital, along with maintaining and improving software and database performance. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices to continually enhance the platform’s capabilities.
