About The Role
Futuresafe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with US-based SiteRecon Inc., is seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer to work on sophisticated, data-driven web platforms that are at the forefront of the GIS and property intelligence domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, with a keen eye for detail, performance optimization, and user experience. While prior GIS experience is not mandatory, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies is essential. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance web applications that serve a diverse and expanding customer base.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, demonstrating expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. A strong command of React, Redux or Flux, React Hooks, and related technologies is essential. Candidates should be proficient in ES6+ JavaScript and experienced in integrating REST APIs. Familiarity with frontend UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Ant Design, Material UI, and pre-processors like LESS or SCSS is required. A solid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility is also necessary. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality code within deadlines is critical. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications using ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies. Key responsibilities include translating visual designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that work seamlessly across various browsers and devices. You will optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions. Ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from planning, implementation, testing, to deployment—is expected. Additionally, you will contribute to system architecture discussions, improve cloud infrastructure integrations, and uphold application security standards. Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code is a priority. You will also be tasked with maintaining and enhancing software and database performance, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated on emerging frontend trends and best practices to continually improve our platform.
