Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Development Lead with strong expertise in React.js. The ideal candidate should be capable of working as a hands-on individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a frontend team. This role demands an energetic, proactive, and work-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js
- Act as an individual contributor by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams
- Ensure best practices in UI/UX, performance optimization, and code quality
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with backend services
- Hands-on experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and work-driven mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD and frontend build tools
