Hiring - UX / Frontend Developer (4+ Mid-Level)

Scope of Responsibilities
- Develop and extend rule-based logic for UX and consistency checks.
- Build, optimize, and maintain frontend logic aligned with design and UXC specifications.
- Perform end-to-end testing, automation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with design, development, and product teams on requirements and delivery.
- Break down complex UX or engineering challenges into actionable development tasks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvements.
- Support issue resolution and provide technical input on UX consistency topics.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong practical experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
- Hands-on experience in frontend or UI development
- Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and use AI tools to accelerate development and testing
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, CI/CD, unit tests)
Nice-to-Have Skills / Big Plus
- Working knowledge of:
- SAP UI5
- React
- Web Components
- AI-related technologies (e.g., MCP server, LLM services)
- Experience contributing to UX rule engines, design systems, or UI frameworks
