About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Lead Frontend Developer to drive frontend development and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10–12 frontend developers
Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications
Work with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Integrate AI tools and AI-driven features into applications
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and performance optimization
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture planning.
Requirements
Strong expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
Proven experience in team handling and leadership (10–12 members)
Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-based integrations
Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable architecture
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
