Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Senior Frontend Developer (React + UX/UI). The role involves developing and optimizing high-quality, user-friendly web applications using React and modern UI/UX tools and practices. Responsibilities also include collaborating on responsive web design, integrating frontend applications with back-end services, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and maintaining code quality with best practices. The developer will actively address performance issues while working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative, functional web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure best user experience (UX) and visually appealing user interfaces (UI)
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Implement reusable and scalable component-based architecture
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Work with backend teams to integrate REST APIs / GraphQL
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Deep understanding of UX principles and UI design concepts
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Experience with REST APIs integration
• Understanding of Git version control
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Experience in Software Development and Web Development
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development
- Proficiency in React, advanced frontend technologies, and UX/UI design principles
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain is a plus
