Job Description:
- Lead the front-end technical direction and oversee architecture for React-based applications.
- Own scalability, performance, and code quality across all front-end initiatives.
- Work hands-on with React and TypeScript to build complex UI components and high-quality interfaces.
- Define and maintain reusable component structures and design system standards.
- Drive decisions on state management using tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
- Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and application responsiveness.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth and secure API integrations.
- Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Develop front-end guidelines for consistency, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex UI issues and propose scalable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear technical insights.
- Prior experience in a lead/architect role and exposure to healthcare domain is preferred.
