Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically grounded Front-End Developer Intern to join our development team for a three-month, project-based internship. This is not an entry-level learning program — we are looking for candidates who already have foundational experience and can contribute meaningfully to live, production-level projects from the early stages of onboarding.
You will work alongside experienced developers and security professionals, building responsive and high-performance web interfaces that power our cybersecurity products and internal platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Front-End Developer Intern at Faltrox, you will be expected to:
- Design and develop responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components in alignment with project requirements and design specifications
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth, end-to-end functionality across the application
- Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into fully functional, interactive, and visually polished web applications
- Optimize front-end performance, including page load times, rendering efficiency, and overall user experience
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Adhere to clean code standards, maintain proper documentation, and follow structured version control workflows using Git
- Actively participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to raising the overall quality of development within the team
- Adapt to project timelines and deliver assigned modules with accuracy and professionalism
Required Technical Skills
Candidates applying for this role must demonstrate proficiency in the following:
- React.js or Angular strong working knowledge of component-based architecture and state management
- Next.js familiarity with server-side rendering, routing, and modern web application development patterns
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) solid command of core web technologies including semantic markup, responsive design, and modern JS features
- RESTful APIs understanding of client-server architecture and experience consuming APIs in front-end applications
- Node.js basic to intermediate experience sufficient for understanding backend communication and running development environments
- Git and version control hands-on experience managing codebases, branching, merging, and collaborating through platforms like GitHub or GitLab
- Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility ability to ensure consistent user experience across devices and browsers
Qualifications
- Must have prior hands-on experience through personal projects, internships, or freelance work freshers with no practical experience will not be considered
- Strong foundational understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
- Ability to independently interpret requirements, plan implementation, and deliver tasks without constant supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned work
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Type: Project-based, hands-on internship
- Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (fixed, based on skills and experience)
