Role Description As a Frontend Developer Intern at Originpay, you will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to build and enhance user-facing features for the payment gateway. Your day-to-day work will include developing responsive interfaces, implementing UI components, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. You will help translate design mockups into clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot frontend issues, and contribute to improving the overall user experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Roorkee, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design to build modern, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Development and Back-End Web Development to collaborate effectively across the full stack.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frontend frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Angular) is beneficial.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic debugging tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment are important.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
