About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical Frontend Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building modern, responsive, and intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with backend and platform teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

While you will contribute across the stack when required, your primary focus will be frontend architecture, component design, UI/UX implementation, and building highly interactive web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Angular.

You will work on customer-facing platforms that support cloud-based lab environments, technical enablement programs, enterprise training experiences, dashboards, and operational tooling used by global customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Angular
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend architectures and component libraries
• Implement modern UI patterns and interactive experiences across enterprise applications
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive behavior across devices
• Participate in frontend technical design reviews and architectural planning

UI/UX & Design System Implementation

• Implement consistent and accessible interfaces using Google Material Design 3 principles
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate concepts into polished user experiences
• Contribute to design systems, component standards, and frontend best practices
• Focus on usability, visual consistency, micro-interactions, and performance optimization
• Bridge the gap between design and technical implementation

Backend Integration & Full-Stack Collaboration

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, data flows, and frontend performance optimization
• Manage client-side state, asynchronous data fetching, and caching strategies
• Contribute to lightweight backend or middleware functionality when required
• Support integrations across internal systems and external platforms

Performance, Quality & Reliability

• Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and scalability
• Implement testing strategies using modern frontend testing frameworks
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and engineering standards
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend engineering and user-facing applications

Frontend Technologies

• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and Angular
• Experience building scalable frontend architectures and reusable UI components

UI Frameworks & Design Systems

• Proven experience implementing and customizing Google Material Design 3 components
• Familiarity with frameworks such as MUI or Angular Material
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centric UI development

Backend & API Knowledge

• Working knowledge of backend ecosystems such as Node.js or Python
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and frontend-backend integration
• Familiarity with authentication flows such as OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication

Tools & Engineering Practices

• Strong proficiency with Git and modern frontend build tooling such as Vite or Webpack
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma

Portfolio

• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex frontend applications, responsive design, UI architecture, or interactive web experiences

Nice to Have

UI/UX & Visual Design

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Ability to create custom assets, icons, prototypes, or high-fidelity UI concepts
• Strong eye for layout, interaction design, typography, and visual consistency

State Management & Data Handling

• Experience with Zustand, Redux Toolkit, NgRx, React Query, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with client-side caching and advanced state management patterns

Performance & Optimization

• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
• Experience improving page load times, rendering efficiency, and client-side scalability

Cloud & DevOps Exposure

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted frontend deployments
• Exposure to containerized environments or cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud

Enterprise Application Experience

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms, SaaS products, or real-time applications
• Familiarity with operational dashboards, analytics platforms, or technical enablement systems
