Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Frontend Engineer to build and enhance the user-facing aspects of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership from requirement gathering to release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform code-level customization of modules and add-ons
- Gather, review, and analyze project requirements
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders
- Take ownership of product features and proactively identify bugs
- Track tasks and time spent; suggest optimal technology approaches
- Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and code management standards
- Collaborate with peers on shared objectives
- Learn and implement new technologies
- Support and guide team members when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience building and shipping production-grade products
- Strong understanding of web development best practices
- Proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- End-to-end ownership mindset (Requirement → Development → Release)
- Good architectural and design thinking skills
- Strong debugging capabilities (Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, performance optimization)
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Portfolio of previous work (preferred)
