ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, responsive web applications that power our partner-facing products and internal platforms. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, pixel-perfect user experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use across products
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle
- Implement modern UI/UX designs with pixel-perfect accuracy
- Handle REST API integrations and manage application state efficiently
- Ensure code quality through best practices, peer code reviews, and testing
- Debug and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) — closures, async/await, modules, and modern patterns
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js — functional components, hooks, and lifecycle
- Solid understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) in Next.js
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling (Fetch, Axios)
- Knowledge of state management solutions — Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows (pull requests, branching)
- Basic knowledge of performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices in Next.js
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in fintech, wealth management, or BFSI-domain products
- Exposure to TypeScript in React/Next.js projects
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment on Vercel or similar platforms
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
