We are building the financial and operational OS for India's construction industry — a sector that manages crores of rupees every day through cash and WhatsApp with zero visibility. Our platform combines payment infrastructure, project execution, AI-powered tender intelligence, workforce management, and subcontractor tracking — all in one place.
We are pre-launch, backed by a strong founding team, and moving fast toward our August 2026 go-live. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something that matters for 50 million construction workers and 1 million contractors across India.
The Role — Frontend Developer
You will own the web frontend of iBricks — the Contractor Dashboard that contractors, employees, and site supervisors use every day to track payments, manage projects, and run their business.
This is not a maintenance role. You will be building features from scratch, shipping fast, and working directly with the CTO and founding team.
What you will build:
- Contractor dashboard — project tracking, payment visibility, live margin view
- Outbound payment flows — vendor, subcontractor, employee, workmen payouts
- Financial control interfaces — approval hierarchies, petty cash management, audit trails
- Workforce management screens — attendance, leave tracking, employee live location
- Procurement flows — vendor purchase management, quote comparison
- Tender Intelligence UI — AI-powered tender scoring and bid lifecycle management
- Real-time notifications and webhook-driven UI updates
- Mobile-responsive interfaces for field use
What we are looking for:
Must have:
- 3–4 years of frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Next.js — App Router, Server Components, API routes
- Solid understanding of React.js — hooks, state management, component architecture
- Experience with REST API integration — consuming backend APIs cleanly
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or equivalent utility-first CSS framework
- Strong UI sense — you care about how things look and feel, not just whether they work
- Experience with real-time data — WebSockets, polling, or webhook-driven UI updates
- Clean, maintainable code — you write code others can read
Good to have:
- Experience building fintech or B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with payment flows — transaction screens, ledgers, audit trails
- Experience with data visualization — charts, dashboards, financial summaries
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with Flutter or cross-platform awareness — our mobile team uses Flutter
